When creating more complicated and extensive documents, it is often the case that existing documents are used as a kind of a template. This means that errors made in the existing document will be taken over in the new document. Moreover, it is very seldom the case that the older document contains all the necessary and up-to-date content points. As a consequence, elements from other available documents are often included, which means it becomes impossible to know which document in which language is the most recent and up-to-date.
