Installation on PCs and notebooks

With the officeatwork MSI-Installer, officeatwork can easily be installed on individual PCs and notebooks. Larger companies can distribute officeatwork to the different PCs and notebooks without a problem by using a software distribution tool. In addition, officeatwork can be operated on a terminal server.

Server

officeatwork does not need a server application such as an SQL server. It is not necessary to make any installations on servers. However, it is recommended that you should use a file server in order to share your officeatwork solution. For this it is easily possible to use an existing file server.

Synchronisation

officeatwork has a synchronisation mechanism available with which it is possible to centrally maintain your officeatwork solution on a file server. officeatwork makes sure that an up-to-date solution is always available to the individual workstations. This reduces the strain on the network and also provides you with the comfort of officeatwork when on route.

Microsoft Office set-up

The set-up of Microsoft Office is not influenced in any way by the installation of officeatwork. There is also no interdependence regarding Microsoft Office paths and other cross-references. This guarantees a smooth, trouble-free operation of officeatwork in your existing Microsoft Office environment at all times.

Microsoft certificate

officeatwork has successfully passed the Microsoft ISV Platform test for Windows Client and Microsoft Office. Tested by VeriTest, the Microsoft certification and software testing company.

System requirements

Windows 7 or Windows Vista or Windows XP (Home/Professional) with Service Pack 1 or Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 or Windows NT 4.0 (incl. JET4.0) with Service Pack 6a. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

Office 2010 or Office 2007 or Office 2003 with Service Pack 1 or Office XP with Service Pack 1 or Office 2000 with Service Pack 3 or Office 97 with Service Release 2b, incl. Security Patches.
