During the assurance period all officeatwork updates are available to you free of charge via our website www.officeatwork.com.
officeatwork Software Assurance includes a quantity discount protection plan. With this your existing number of licences will be included in the calculation of your quantity discount. As a result you will always be buying at the lowest possible price.
Example: You purchase 300 officeatwork Basic licences. Your quantity discount is calculated on the basis of 300 licences. This will earn you the quantity discount level B. Half a year later you decide to purchase an additional 100 licences. With officeatwork Software Assurance your quantity discount is calculated based on your total number of licences, which in this case is 400. This will earn you the more favourable quantity discount level C for this order. Without officeatwork Software Assurance the quantity discount would be calculated based on the amount of our current order - in this case only 100 licences.

Validity

The officeatwork Software Assurance starts with the purchase date of the applicable licences and is valid for one full year. However, the officeatwork Software Assurance is not included in the officeatwork licence.
In order to immediately protect your officeatwork software, you will have to purchase your officeatwork Software Assurance protection at the same time as when you purchase your officeatwork licences.
If desired you can also purchase officeatwork Software Assurance for more than one year in advance.

Preconditions

So as to be qualified to benefit from officeatwork Software Assurance, you must possess the most up-to-date version of officeatwork. We recommend that you include your Software Assurance order in your initial officeatwork licence purchase. Should you decide to purchase officeatwork Software Assurance at a later stage, you will first have to purchase the required updates of the newest officeatwork version before you can purchase any officeatwork Software Assurance.
